Alert

Hello all, is there a way to create an alert? For example if a roof window is open and open weather expects rain.. or if I want to go to bed and there's still a door open.. and is there a way to use standard notifications for the program.say possibility on android?
My android speaks all notifications...which would bring voice control and interaction a lot nearer... looking forward to all answers...

If you are willing to program with something more than a wizard script, you can do pretty much anything you want.  C#, Javascript, Python...all are very capable of doing any of the tasks you want.  You would have to combine different programs (scheduler, weather, etc) to get what you want, but there's no reason this couldn't be done.
