I installed the latest version of HG on an Odroid -C1 running Ubuntu 14.04 and have the correct time zone and character set selected but Solar Altitude shows sunrise 14.5 hours ahead of the correct time shown in Earth Tools.  I also noticed that Solar Altitude used the Lat/Lon set in Earth Tools even when it is changed to something different in the Solar Altitude settings.  I have even rebooted the Odroid board and the Solar Altitude Lat/Lon displayed on the widget matches those values set in Earth Tools and not the values set in the Solar Altitude settings popup.

Any idea as to why I am getting the incorrect time for sunrise and sunset in Solar Altitude?

OK, figured it out on my own.  It turns out that the Solar Altitude needed to be enabled.  Just doing a restart on the OS does not start up all the services in HG.  I should have remembered that from when I set up my Rasp Pi last year.

This is a bug when HG is not stopped gracefully.
To force settings saving, you can do one of the following operations from Configure->Maintenance section:
- creating a backup
- restarting HG
When one of these operations is performed, HG will first save all configurations to disk.
