Voice control and speech on Windows and Android

Good evening,
I have HG on a Windows machine (just orderd my Raspberry Pi) and when I control,for example, my lights by voice with my Android Phone the Windows machine answers (The Program.Say command). Is it possible to let it speak through my Android instead of the Windows machine.
