When I run the Home Genie console on the machine that it's installed - I get reading from my Aeotec Sensor in Farenheit (as desired).
However, when I use any other machine (tried multiple combinations of 32 and 64 bit windows and versions of IE 9, 10, 11), and on the Andriod app - they display in Celcius.
Locale on all machines set properly.
