Title: Small Statistics Chart on Dashboard?

I know there is an energy monitor chart which can be added to dashboard group.  Can this be easily changed (without creating new widget) to show a different parameter?  I haven't been able to figure it out if so.

I thought about that myself but then never followed up by asking.  I'd like to know this as well.  I think it would be useful to be able to potentially have several charts on the dashboard to display various info and perhaps with various formats (e.g., multiple view with all temperatures for x days, current energy usage, current CPU usage (I'd have to write an APP to harvest that info), etc.).
