Title: Programs lists empty since r350

Hello,

All programs lists are empty with both r350 and r351. Everything is fine with r345.

The programs folder under /usr/local/bin/homgenie is not empty so it looks like HG doesn't "see" the programs.

I use Ubuntu Server 13.04 (GNU/Linux 3.8.0-33-generic i686)

For hg > r345 mono 3.2 is needed.
