First time setup X10 lamps will not operate

HomeGenie nube!

I am migrating to HomeGenie from Active Home pro to control my LM465 lamp modules.
I am struggling to get HomeGenie to turn on / off any lamps. I have attached my log
You will see included in the log... I noticed for whatever reason, Home Genie was running on 169.254.145.174:8080. Since I didn't recognize the IP address, in my browser I opened 192.168.1.99:8080 which is the IP of the HomeGenie machine. I can see my configurations there.

I have enabled my CM15 and House codes in System Settings - X10 Interface Options
I set up one Lamp as follows..
Module - L2
Name - Living Room 1
VM Watt - 60
"Light"
Features/Options Scheduled on/off
Turn On - Not set
Turn Off - Not set

From Home > Lamps I can toggle the lamp on and off but the lamp does not respond

RESOLVED (at least for now)

I found the driver install exe in C:\Program Files\HomeGenie\Drivers\LibUsb_MarmitekCM15Pro and ran it.

After rebooting my PC, I was able to control lights.
