Can you provide a little more information. What does the device appear as in HG? What isn't working for you? Has HG found the correct device from the online database?

This sensor works on battery. So if you try to get some data when it's sleep you get time out from setup screen.
For me, with fibaro and everspring ST814 multisensor, when I want to get or send data, I need to wake up it. For this I press the association button tree times, then you have around 10 secondes between each command instead of it's sleep again.
If you doesn't receive any data you have to program one group id probably. You have to read the notice.
For may fbaro I have to set the GroupID 3 with the value 1, if not it doesn't send any report to to my aeon zwave key.
