Update creates html folder in root of installation path in Windows

Hi,

I noticed that Homegenie has a bug in update procedure that creates html folder in the root of the path where it is installed. For example if I install Homegenie in D:\Homegenie\, update procedure creates folder D:\html\, which is clearly wrong, it should be within D:\Homegenie\.
