Fire / Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Has anyone gotten the First Alert model:zcombo to work:

Are there some common standards in z-wave that would make this "just work" out of the box?  I found this which looks similar: http://www.pepper1.net/zwavedb/device/458

I wanted to buy one of these, but unfortunately there is no with EU frequency. :(

I bought two of these alarms (on sale at Lowes in US for $30 right now).  I still don't have z-wave controller yet to test though.  I am still "on the fence" between HG and SmartThings; neither seems to be working well lately :-(
