This HSM200 temp/motion/nightlight/indicator looks like a cool z-wave multi-sensor coming soon for $70.

Any other unique multi-sensor devices out there? I'd like to see a single z-wave device that has multiple analog inputs and digital IO for use in utility room (water leaks, sump pump, temp & humidity, etc). Or a z-wave Arduino shield :-)

If you've got HG running on a Pi, why not trying one of these:

more than a hundred of sensors to choose from. As a plus, Eden Board supports direct plugging of these modules.
