Title: Sensors and data received in HG
Post by: louis on December 08, 2015, 05:28:08 PM
Hi Gene,

For some reason i sometimes get an wrong message in hg, for example the sensor sends a humidity report, but in the debug of hg i see that it receives a power message.
For some reason a bit is changed and even the parity byte is changed. At least i'm assuming the last byte is a parity byte.

Is it possible to check the Pepper database to see if a specific node has such a sensor before adding this option to a node?

TIA

kind regards

Louis

For the record ... :)

It seemed that some usb settings might be the cause of this problem.
I'm using an intel NUC for homegenie.

And when enabling xHCI in the bios there were problems with the USB stick.
I now disabled it, and it seems to be doing fine now.
