Hi,
Attached is a XBMC add-on to allow XBMC to run a HomeGenie automation program when you Play, Stop, Pause and Resume a movie/video. E.g. You can dim the lights when a movie starts, etc.
To install:
1) Download file
2) in XBMC, select System
3) select Add-ons
4) select Install from zip file
5) look for the saved file and select it.
To configure:
1) select Enabled Add-ons
2) select Services
3) select HomeGenie
4) select Configure
5) complete HomeGenie host IP address and username/password (if required)
6) enable each program required, and fill in HomeGenie program id for each.
I've tested this on Raspbmc and on Windows 7.
