Title: Dimmer Reverts to Energy Saving Mode

Perhaps I am not doing this right as I am a Newbie.

I am trying to set up an X10 dimmer switch with a CM15a interface.

When I set the option "Set to 100% when switched on" and set the check box and save the module it always seems to revert back to "Energy Saving Mode" .  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug ?

Please provide a bit more information about your setup and what you are trying to do.  What hardware are you running on (Windows PC, Raspberry Pi, etc)?  What switch are you using (WS467, etc)?  Are you controlling locally or at the web interface?  Is the issue that the interface is not saving your setting or the light switch is not responding as you expect?  Any other details that might help?
