Hi,

Although I have sucessfully included this device in an earlier release of HG (dont recall exactly which one), I am not able to include this device anymore.

Find logs below

Have been able to investigate further today. Switching to z-way did also not solve the problem. It looks like once the device is included I cannot seem to exclude it anymore and therefore inclusion in HG does not work as it is still associated to another controller. So in total I have been able to include this device once, quite some time ago. However, as I have reset the Razberry in between, I lost the association.

I replaced the shutter switch with an older version. That one got included immediately in Z-way but when I tried to exclude, I could not get that done. Similar to the original device.

I then moved back to HG and when I did a discovery the device was found. This I dont understand as I assumed that it needs to be included by the controller (HG in this case) before it is visible. Or is this association kept in the firmware of the Razberry?

Anyone have similar experience or can explain what happens in this case?

Cheers
Pim

Again some more findings.

Tried again but now without any  load (switch or shutter) attached. Seems like inclusion and exclusion still works but you need to press the service button on the switch 3x VERY quickly.

For insert a new node, I always press the include button 3 times quickly (in one second approximatively), If not it doen't work and this with Fibaro and Qubino Modules.
