Running r517 on Windows 10 and the Pepper DB update link in z-wave config does nothing but briefly flash a small status window and nothing takes place.  When running setup of devices HG says none of my modules mfg ID's are recognized.  Pepper data gone now?

Hi, jensc.
Could you provide log file so I try to figure out what's happening?
