Dear readers,
I have bought a VISION ZD2102-5 EU Zwave plus. I have connected it through  Aeon Labs Z-Stick with raspberry pi Homegenie. My question is that I have not been able to have this sensor work properly in Homegenie.

For some reason, the sensor is not correctly added in Pepper1. The most close description is http://www.pepper1.net/zwavedb/device/547.
But the Hash Strong is off by one count. I read on Homegenie 0109-2001-0106, whereas Pepper states 0109-2001-0105. The device is therefore not recognized, and I assume (I am a dummy on zwave knowledge or programming for that matter) that Homegenie therefore cannot interpretate input signals(?).
Anyway, my problem is that the sensor does not work. Who can help out with a hint? Your help is much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Bemie

ps. I already read the thread http://www.homegenie.it/forum/index.php?topic=328.0 but it refers to a different version of this sensor.

If it's not detected as a sensor, only had it to a group and specify that it is a sensor. If it sends some datas you will see them in the widget.

Dear Dani,
Thank you for your reply. I do understand what you mean.
I have not provided full information : The sensor seems to work by looking at it's LED and hearing the relais. However I am not getting any feedback into Homegenie. The widget remains unchanged, although setup as door sensor, and the console shows no information feedback from the sensor. I was wondering, is this because it is zwave plus?

Has anyone any other experience with other zwave plus door sensors of other brands?
ps I also learned that this sensor is similar to Zipato sensors.

But the column "secure" on pepperone is not checked, good for you. try to reach the device on domoticz and check if values are showed.
Domoticz is worst for UI and plugin, but is more reliable for zwave connections.
