Regarding this post:

http://www.homegenie.it/forum/index.php?topic=129.msg7661#msg7661

I get errors when I attempt to install Mono 4 on my RaspberryPi B+.  From my web search, it seems the instructions in the post will not work on a version 1 of Pi (armV6), only on version 2 (armV7).  Is this correct?

I have been able to force the RPiv1B to install mono 4.0.4.  However, that seems to break everything in a way I am not able to repair resulting in me formatting the SD card.  I read that RPi 1 has issues with mono 4 so I assume that's the issue.

Thanks, bkenobi.  I also was not able to recover after attempting the installation and had to reformat.

HG r504 won't require anymore mono 4 to fix some mono-related issues. Mono 3.2 will be ok as r504 contains some work-around to specifically address issues with mono 3.2.
