Hi,
I had raised this on the back of another post, but think I'll get more feedback starting a new topic.
I have two Z-Wave devices that seem very flaky reporting their status back to Homegenie.
One is an Everspring Door Chime and the other is a TKB T68 wall plug.
I can control both devices from Homegenie, but i get timeouts in the logs for any status reports. Level Polling is on, but i have also tried it off with no success.
I have attached screenshots of what the devices have been identified as and are capable of.
Has anyone experienced the same/similar problem or know of a solution?
Running the following:
Homegenie 1.1 R507
Windows Server 2012 R2 (virtual server on Hyper-V)
Aeon Z-Stick S2 connected via Silex SX-3000GB USB over IP
I also have the following devices that DO work correctly:
4x POPP Dimmer Wall Plugs
1x POPP On/Off Wall Plug
1x Aeotec Multisensor (Gen5 I think)
1x Fibarao Smoke Sensor
1x Aeotec switch
2x Huwi Remote Controls
1x Z-Wave.me wall switch (piece of crap i wasted money on :( )

Last night I moved the TKB wall plug to where i was planning to use it and it is now working correctly.
The only thing i can put that down to is that its new position is about three feet from the Z-Stick, so i'm guessing that it's just the range of the TKB unit that is crap.
I'm still getting mainly timeouts querying the Everspring door chime, but i'll have to live with that for the moment - looking into getting one of those multiple wall plug door chimes and somehow splicing a Fibaro Universal Sensor into it.
Anyone done this and, if so, a recommendation of a plug in door chime unit with at least three units in the UK would be handy?

I had similar timeout issues with my Secure thermostats. After a little effort and a random search I now have the wake up set to 720 on the thermostats and the ZWave polling at 360. Timeouts have reduced massively, but I now get the functionality from them I'm looking for.

Hope that helps you in the right direction.

Thanks for that.
Doesn't look to be a wake up time to specify on the Everspring Door Chime :(
It is being powered via a PSU and not batteries, but guess the unit wouldn't be clever enough to know that

Does it appear in the Z Wave database? http://www.pepper1.net/zwavedb/device?page=1 There could be some useful information about what it can and can't do.
