A question about the Pepper1 support for my Z-wave nodes.
Is it polling live from their database or is it stored in HG? Since a node I have doesn't get the settings that Pepper1 says it should have Im a bit confused.
The device is
http://www.pepper1.net/zwavedb/device/540 (http://www.pepper1.net/zwavedb/device/540)
and i have included it into the network using HG but i only get the "Basic" value so cannot set it up with all the possibilities it has. It does however report Temperature and movement but not Lux and it cannot be associated to any other nodes which i really would like to.
Any ideas?

Hi,
The pepperonedb is only a copie, as you can see for example here :

Ok, great. Thank for the answer, I'll see if it's possible to manually update it then.

Interesting, when examining the database files in HG I see that my device actually contains all the expected options but they are not displayed in HG.
The device ID matches the database filename and contents.
Bug?

Hi,
Perhaps not a problem of pepperondb.
Did you try to do :
1/ a wake up of your device
(Extract of documentation of your device : "wake it up by triple clicking the B-button")
2/ a "get" on property of the devices on HomeGenie
?
Bye

It worked, I thought it was enough for HG to associate to the pepperonedb. I would like it to be more clear, other software indicates with "interview complete" etc to make sure all classes have been read.
Well it works now, I woke up the node and issued a Get from HG.
