Title: Upgrading from 5.19 to 5.21 problems

Just upgraded from 5.19 to 5.21 from the UI today. Restarted HG and IP Generic camera module was disabled.I re-enabled it and the camera widgets disappeared along with my x10 widgets.Did a manual install of 5.21 and tried to restore my 5.19 backup configuration file.It's just spinning round with "restoring backup file" and nothing happens.Downgraded to 5.19 and all is well again.

Possibly a problem in the restore function on 5.21. Is anyone else experiencing this. HG running on RPI2

Update**** Tried the upgrade via the UI again today and it successfully upgraded.
