Any ideas on what is going on in my log file?

Below is a snip from my log file.  I have no motion sensors and no one was home...  seems like a lot of spurious entries...   any thoughts on what might be going on here?   I have no idea why all this traffic is logged...  Thoughts?

The lines that show "Debug" are X10 codes being communicated with your controller.  The second line shows "Debug PLCRX" which indicates that HG is seeing incoming PLC traffic.  If the code was for M13, I'd say this is likely random noise as that's hex 00.  Since this is all over the board, it seems like it must be something else.  Using this link, I decoded the commands:

There are a couple of these that could be random I suppose.  Hex to binary

5 = 0101
A = 1010
F = 1111
I just find it hard to believe that these are just random noise makers.  The most likely thing I can think of is something else communicating on the power line.  Do you have a smart meter for your power?  If so, is it communicating over power line?  The options I believe are PLC, cellular, or short range RF.  If it's PLC, you might have issues.

I have no idea what's going on with these lines, but it indicates HG is commanding these settings:

I do have a smart meter but it communicates RF and not PLC.   

I guess I'll take all my transmitters offline including the XTBIIR and let HG sit there for a day and see what accumulates.
