Hi,
Inclusion of the device is successful; Performing reading/writing of the parameters are successful as well (and tracked in the log file). But, when opening the door, nothing happen and there is no report in the log file. The only action that wakes up HG is the tampering switch.
(I'am using R372, Raspberry and razberry)

Thanks in advance for advices,

I update to R411 and I confirm that only tampering switch is detected and then logged into the events history file.
The device HSM02 is detected as SM103. HSM02 is manufactured by Chromagic Technologies Corporation as shown in the attached file. The supported controls are not the same as those of SM103, which can explain the wrong processing. Is the z-wave "query on wake up" involved ?
thanks in advance,

Hi,
Disappointed to have no reply until now.
So, I change the question as follows : is there a Z-Wave HG-compliant device available on the market that can be used to detect open/close of a door/window ?
(My HG and Razberry works well with R416)
Thanks in advance,

All the Z-Wave door/window sensors should do that.

Aeon-Labs, Ecolink, Enerwave, Everspring, MonoPrice, Schlage, Philio-Tech, and Zipato all sell different models at Amazon.

I am using the Ecolink one myself, because it was the cheapest one that offered a hardwire terminal link option. That way you can wire up an old doorbell, or use cheaper non-Z-Wave magnetic or motion sensor arrays and turn them into Z-Wave.

After updating to r441 then r447, the processing is :
- tamper switch works fine (same as previous versions),
- when trying to read battery value (or any others characteristics) : a time out is logged in the log file : "Node 10 response timeout!"
- when opening the door, nothing happens.
(the device was unregistered before registering again).

Thanks in advance, merry Christmas and happy new year.

Updated to r550 yesterday : no change.

I had the same problem. You need to only use products that are pepper1 compliant with HG.

HSM02 and SM103 are in pepper1 database !
Looks like a wrong association : HSM02 is tagged as SM103 by HG.
