Title: Everspring AN158 not reporting energy use, can not configure either

I do not get metering to work on Everspring AN158.

According to page 4 the Configuration Parameter 3 should be something larger than 0 for this device to auto report energy use. But I can not configure it, since there is no Configuration section under the module like there is for my AeonTec plug-in switch (similar device).
