Hi Gene Happy New Year Nice new Forum
Any news about Raspberry Onboard Camera? new driver? a chance that i can use 2014 my Raspberry Onboard Cam?
I tried the uv4l driver from
http://www.linux-projects.org/modules/sections/index.php?op=viewarticle&artid=14 And then I started the camera with
sudo uv4l --driver raspicam --auto-video_nr --encoding jpeg --width 160 --height 120 --framerate 1
It did automatically take /dev/video0
HomeGenie did show the image, but most of time it was black or not updating at all. I have tried many different options, like --sched-rr and --mem-lock but it did not help. I have manually started HomeGenie, and have some info from it.
