Module script options/settings should remain if module is toggled

If a script is disabled for one reason or another, I've found that the settings on all modules are lost.  I don't think this is advantageous.  I believe that when a script is disabled, the options for each module should remain saved so that when it is re-enabled they are persistent.  This could be considered a bug, but I'm not sure so I added it as a feature request.

I'm a bit confused as to when settings are maintained.  I found that toggling my Advanced Smart Lights script will maintain settings.  However, at least initially I had issues with the Last Event and Stuck Module Check scripts in that both would lose their enabled check and timer settings.
