The program is designed to adjust thermostat settings based on remote temperature sensors. Remote sensor could be another thermostat or any sensor that measures temperature.
It has the following features:
-   Up to 2 remote sensors are supported
-   1 or 2 Stage AC logic (heat is 1 stage only)
-   You can specify a switch to control the program. It allows you to easily expend functionalities. For instance, HVAC Remote Sensor program can be turned on or off based on motion sensors, schedule or connected to any other event. The switch can be virtual or real. Real switch (ZWave or X10) would allow you to turn the program on or off, no need to get your phone or access a computer.
-   Remote Sensor temperature. Provide a range of comfortable temperature you would like to maintain. The program resets thermostat to maintain current temperature when both sensors are in comfortable range.
-   Thermostat Temperature. Provide limits - how high or low the program can adjust the thermostat. It allows you to prevent program from making room where thermostat is deployed too hot or too cold.
-   The program is limited to Fahrenheit for now.
-       You need to have physical, hardware based thermostat. If you want to use software based thermostat then make sure it has similar logic like hardware based device to prevent compressor from cycling or you could damage AC unit.
