Title: After update to V1.0 beta 493 problem with GPIO Raspbery

Hi, After i install update on banana pi i have problem with GPIO ports. Constantly i get error some GPIO ports can't allocate set to off ,
I try to set off all GIPO port and i still get this alarm.

Before this update it was working well
please help if you can. New update is very pro messing  and i like to use.
