Module Configuration Variables different and missing between r473 and r525

I have several Aeon Labs Z wave Smart Switch 6 units in use.

I just upgraded to r525. The units no longer function. I noticed the switches did turn on and off when I changed the "Basic" variable under r525. 0 for off and 255 for on. They worked right out of the box in r473 and r495.

I noticed that r525's pull down configuration menu lists all possible variables. However it is missing several that show up in r473 and r495.

Variables 34, 82, 128 and 253 show up in r473 and r495 but not r525.

Variables 100, 110 and 255 show up in r525 but not the others.

Could this be the reason I cannot turn the module on and off?

I am able to turn the switch on and off from the "Setup" screen. If I change the "Basic" to 255 and "set it" the switch turns on. When set to "0" it turns off.

The on and off button have no affect.

I am not a programmer. Is there a way for me to see what variable is called when the on and off buttons are clicked?
