Title: Program access to Program.Notification title

What is the method to access the information in the Program.Notification fields from a C# program?  I would like to be able to control the logic of a custom C# program once it begins to run by looking at the last Program.Notification that was generated.

If someone could provide a snippet of code that does that, I would greatly appreciate it.
