The system was working with a RPi 2, I have recently upgraded to a RPi 3 and I am running into problems.
One problem I am getting is when I compile the MCP23017 program I get - '
OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO AN INSTANCE' error, it was working with RP1 2.
Anyone know what this could be, I have included the hex file although it is work in progress
