alarm decoder devices for home security system integration
I stumbled across this device.  www.alarmdevice.com  It looks like it could work well with adapted HomeGenie with a preinstalled home security system.  It has Python API.  I don't have a house yet (building for later this year) to try this out.

Curious, if anyone has tried this device or tried something similar to integrate HomeGenie with their home security system.

Alarm Decoder is the product line - AD2USB is the particular model I'm using. There's also AD2Pi, AD2Serial, etc.
