International Chars Can't be use on r515 [EDIT: Neither on r516]

Hi friends,

The release r515, looks fine but all internacional chars (PT-pt on my case) are allways replaced with '??' two question marks.
Not rpi configuration problem. Back to r512 and everthing runs normaly again.

Any idea ? Any trick ?

Release r516 and the problem remains.
When using international chars like ã, é, õ, ç or whatever, PT chars, on the Separator titles of a group, HG transform that char in two or more question marks (ex: ã goes to ??) and the web page of the HG doesn't open anymore.
I'm using HG on Ubuntu 14.04 right now. No differences from RPi on this issue.
Replacing ã with an a, and ç with a c then HG gets back to normal, but not on really PT language.

Experiencing the same with norwegian chars, both in webUI and android app. R515 and r516. See attachment.

I got same issue in French even before R512.
