Title: Looking for someone in Florida or to skype with to work on this like a 4 yr old

I am getting my Banana Pi today and I am starting from scratch. Looking for a few you want to go step by step.

Install the following with Zwave products

Siren
window/door sensor and have e-mail notify
TV remote
IP camera with controls
Geofencing
Voice control
