Hi,
Something like, if source address is "10.0.0.0/8" or "172.16.0.0/12" or "192.168.0.0/16" ...

For the app (android or windows), if you use the same configuration inside and outside you network (by using dns spoofing), you have to change app configuration inside and outside network ...
Except that, it could be nice :)
