This is what I entered in scheduler

Sunset; * * 26,27,28,29,30,31 11 *

Should that not run at Sunset on those days of November?

It did not run.

Thank you Gene!  Another question, can I tell it Sunset +10 minutes in the scheduler?  for 10 minutes after Sunset?

No. What you can do is enabling the Solar Altitude program which has a more complete set of events. After enabling it you can go to the Scheduler page and see amongs new available events what are fitting your needs.
