I have a HEM3 2nd edition from Aeon Labs, it is showing values 50% off the actual that it is supposed to, calculating it with 53 amps and 199.5 volts it should show 10000W radius and it is on 5000W radius so possibly something is wrong.

Parameter 101 is on 2, so it should report watts from the entire unit and all clamps, i am guessing something is wrong with that? Also trying to set paramerter 101 to 256 wich is supposed to be clamp1 doesn't work it just refreshes the generic value. Max variable for homegenie is 14? :S

Help please!

cheers, Ado

Readings very inaccurate, missing 3000w on some energy meters, and as it looks so is 16000W max on homegenie? i should have readings over 20000W but it is not showing?

Cheers
