Raspberry Pi very unstable

Hello all...

I was so happy with my Raspberry Pi, had no experience with it nor with linux. Then got it all working.. But it seems highly unstable. When I boot it, everything works fine.. can access it via browser and Android.. Then without any reason it is not responding anymore...Android cant connect and its not responding via a browser either.
I read that Bkenobi had also problems that it crashes...

What can I do? Like I said I'm not familiar with Raspberry Pi or Linux... All help is appreciated

Thank you for your very quick response. Ill try to disable UpnP and will keep you informed of the results.

Ive been reading this forum almost every day and if there is a solution found for a problem, will it be automatically corrected when there is a new HG update available, or do I have to correct the problems the way they are described in the messages?

I disabled UPnP and it looks stable now.
