hello,
I already had 2 devices Fibaro FGRM222 that I manage to include in my Zwave network in Homegenie, it was a test to check that FGRM222 correspond to my need of automation of roller shutter. So now I bought others FGRM222 in an German website, the 2 first one what from a French website.
However I could not include any of the 3 news FGRM222 in my zwave network managed by my controller Aeonlab ZStick-2.
In the documentation for FGRM222, it said that you put your controller in inclusion mode, then if the FGRM222 was not already included in a zwave network it will be automatically in inclusion mode when poweron. Or you can manually start the inclusion of FGRM222 by pressing 3 times the B button.
I tried both possibilities many times during 5 days. I also make a reset of the FGRM222 by holding the B button for 14 seconds and see the yellow glowing color, but it does not help for the inclusion.
I though that it may be my controller which may have an issue, so I exclude an existing TKB-Home TD66-Z switch to verify that inclusion is still working with my controller, and it does. I was able to include the TD66-Z in my network again.
So now I don't what I can do to be able to include those new 3 FGRM222 in my zwave network. Can you please help me ?
Did some had the same issue than me ?
Is there a way to make debug of zwave inclusion with homegenie ?
Can it be an issue with FGRM222 module which is too recent for my controller ?
Does anyone know if the controller firmware need to be upgraded ?

Thanks for any suggestion that may help me to include those device.

Hello,

Can it be an issue with FGRM222 module which is too recent for my controller ?

I don't think so. I have FGRM222 include in my network with a zstick.
How did you try to include in the network ? With HG ? Or with the stick and the button ?
Bye

hello, I tried both ways: with triple click on B button and with the switch S1 connected to a button.
But good news, today a friend of mine came to my house and help me to successfully include the FGRM222. In fact he click 3 times the B button but very quickly, less than one second for the triple click !

Thank you.
