I have a wizard script set to turn on 3 lights in my house at sunset. There is one light that refuses to turn on while the others respond perfectly. Even more strange, I can turn the light on and off through the HomeGenie web interface and it responds perfectly. I?ve even tried programming multiple ?on? commands separated by pauses, but it still refuses to turn on.
Details:
Windows Vista OS
HG Software is up to date
Automation system: X-10
Powerline interface: CM11a
Device that won?t respond: Basic X-10 wall switch dimmer WS467, Address: K2
Here is my wizard script:
X10 K2 Light ON
HomeGenie Automation do PAUSE 300
X10 K6 Light ON
HomeGenie Automation do PAUSE 300
X10 K8 Light ON
HomeGenie Automation do PAUSE 1
X10 K2 Light ON
HomeGenie Automation do PAUSE 1
X10 K2 Light ON
K6 and K8 turn on as they should. Despite sending 3 separate on-commands to K2, it will not turn on. If I go into the HomeGenie web interface, I can successfully turn module K2 on and off at will.
The only thing I can think of is that K2 is the only dimmer module in the system. All of the other X10 modules are on/off only. I did try setting K2 as either a dimmer module or a light module, but neither worked.
Any thoughts?
