Hi,

Installation of all last releases of HG (R512 to R517) are not possible on UBUNTU 16.04 LTS.
"Inadquability because Package Could not be uninstalled", or smothing like that...
Should I try to install HG in another non common manner ?

Hi Gene,

Yes. I Always install HG following your instructions, using the terminal. After the error with Ubuntu 16.04 x86 and x64 (tried both), I installed again Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (x64) and followed your instructions as usually, and voilá..:)    It worked :)

Has anyone tried it successefully » with new 16.04 LTS version ?

Hi, I have upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and the problem I have run into is that mono 2.0 in no longer there, it now has mono 4.5

->  This package is uninstallable
-> Dependency is not satisfiable: libmono-corlib2.0-cil

Aptitude shows
-> i A libmono-corlib4.5-cil           - Mono core library (for CLI 4.5)

I have tried to reinstall 2.0 but its not a easy install.

Thnx

Dickie

I updated the corlib-4.5 dependency. The fix will be available with next hg release.
