Setting up Android App

I have been setting up Z-Wave devices using honeywell security systems for about a year now and am trying to figure out an alternative for people that don't want to pay the high costs of using their software. I have got HomeGenie working and am able to control a few devices with no issues but am having difficulties getting the Android App setup right. I am putting the ip address that the router is pulling from my isp and have setup port forwarding to my pc that homegenie is running on. Could someone please help me get this setup correctly. I am new to this side of things and could just use a little guidance. Thanks in advanced.

It's hard to help you in the configuration of your forwarding port on your ISP box, because it's depend of your ISP.
So 2 options :
(best) 1/ Did you try to search how to configure a forward port on google ? It's probably easy to find
2/ Tell us more : Your ISP and how did you configure forward
