I would like to see ZigBee support in HomeGenie as it is really cost effective and now a days most popular technology in HomeAutomation. Atmel(http://www.atmel.com/default.aspx) has some really chip zigbee module.

Hi,
I don't find a lot of zigbee hardware on my 2 favorites vendors.
Is it for old hardware you own ? Or do you want to buy new one ?
Bye

I assume that would work with HG for the ZWave equipment, but does Zigbee work? I haven't made any progress on my Wink hub in the last couple weeks so I may just take it back since I didn't mod anything.
It sorta worked... I could connect to it's serial port, but I couldn't figure out how to do anything once I connected. And, even if I connected to it, I'm not sure HG would support it without writing an interface. I guess I'd have to consider if $50 for 5 radios (2 might be used, 3 probably wouldn't be use) or $32 for 2 radios (both might be used) is better. Seems I've answered my question.
