Title: HRT4-ZW not displaying current temperature

I have two HRT4-ZWs and an Thermoplus ASR2-RF controlling my heating system. All working very well. I've added them all to my HG setup and have a couple of issues that I'm hoping some one can help address.

• he first issue is that the current ambient temperature isn't being reported in HG
• The second issue is that I can't adjust the set point on the thermostat from HG.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's an old post but hopefully there is more knowledge out there now that maybe able to help further.

Question 1 has been resolved, I enabled the polling program and now have up to date temperature information in HG.

Question 2 is still an issue.
