How do I get the WebApp.Locales using C#?
I see the use of:
HG.WebApp.Locales.GetDateEndianType() in javascript for widgets.

But tried: WebApp.Locales.GetDateEndianType() in C# program and it does not work.

Is that accessible in the program?
