My Homegenie is unable to discover any Z-wave device. Any one have a clue. Please Help me !!

I did this step.

I go into 'Configure' section, then I click 'ZWave Interface Options' and then click to Enable, and select ttyS5, and click Discovery. Nothing really is happens. A blank page pops up. We used ADB to check on A20 STB shell, I see no program opened /dev/ttyS5

I get his error on console :

System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
  at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[System.String,MIG.MIGInterface].get_Item (System.String key) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
  at MIG.MIGService.webGateway_ProcessRequest (System.Object gwRequest) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0
  at MIG.Gateways.WebServiceGateway.Worker (System.Object state) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

I have also tried to click on 'Add Node', it just is indicating Time Out

Another issues is that after you make any changes, and return then back, it will not save.

Thanks in Advance.

I have the same issue with my Vision Z1401 USB stick: On ttyAMA0, Discovery runs but doesn't detect anything. Also time-out on adding nodes. What to do?
