Smart Dimmers

This app is like the smart lights, but it has some special features for dimmers.  When motion is detected, the dimmer goes up to a specified level, then after a specified time delay it dims to a second level.  Finally it goes off after a second delay.

I don't have any lights that I would want to dim, but this is a very cool feature to add.  I've seen this capability in many of the Heath Zenith motion sensors (Dual-Bright is their trademarked term).  Nice work!
