Disable Event Popups from within a program

Hi All,

I'm trying to disable and enable event popups from with in a program. I found the js code to do this, but haven't found a way to enable/disable it from within a program.

The code itself is in html/pages/events/_events.js, is there a way to get to these functions
  - HG.WebApp.Events.AddListener
  - HG.WebApp.Events.RemoveListener
