As a test I installed it on some older win7 and XP machines and it worked great, I really like it. But when I moved to my win 8.1 machine, it got really slow. Around 45 seconds to open the groups list and programs list or edit a program. Although, once you've waited for groups list to load once, you can go other places and come back and it will behave normally for a while.
This is from localhost. The PC is a 6 core with 32GB of ram. I've tried looking at the performance monitor while it's working but I'm not really seeing anything. I did a clean install of HG to see if I messed anything up, but it's slow from the start. Anyone have any thoughts?
