I need to factory reset my z-stick.
Aeotek says it must done through the software.

Can HomeGenie factory reset the z-stick?
If so, how?

Thanks

I have the same problem.

Using the RazBerry z-wave module for the Raspberry Pi and is in need of a factory reset. In the RazBerry documentation, they explain how to reset the module from the RazBerry software. But I don't have that software installed, so is it somehow possible to factory reset the module within HomeGenie?

I haven't found a way to reset the Z-Wave module within HG. So I installed the RazBerry software for the Raspberry Pi and from there I was able to reset the module. Then reconnecting it to HG and it worked again.
